Rally Serbia - everything can change!
Tuesday, 15 September 2009

Rally RussiaTwo months ago we couldn't find any details about the Serbian Rally AMCC, which should have been the fifth round of the East European Rally Cup (and after cancellation of the Sliven rally in Bulgaria - the fourth one). However we've just received an answer for our enquiry to the FIA, confirming that the Serbian rally will be held. It means that "Novorossiysk Rally of Russia 2009" becomes the fifth event in the series, and not the fourth like was supposed earlier.

Route preparation coming to end.

nr9_map_100.jpg There's less and less time left until the start of the race in Novorossiysk. First entry applications are already coming (including from foreign participants). The Novorossiysk event is once again setting the fashion for other Russian motorsport competitions, as it's not the first time that we're working with new documents, here under the European Rally Championship and Cup's regulations.

FIA European Rally Cup (East) – Questions and answers…
Tuesday, 28 July 2009
ecup_240.jpgThe talks about taking over the WRC candidacy of "Novorossiysk Rally of Russia" to the year 2010 haven't settled down yet. The FIA decided to postpone all logistic changes for one year in favour of the new technical regulations. However the event in Novorossiysk didn't lose but won thanks to this decision, because the Organisers received an opportunity to prepare the WRC candidate event at a higher quality level (you remember it was first run during the peak of the global financial crisis?), and take a crack at the European Rally Cup with the highest difficulty rank - 10.

Preparations to the competition are already in progress, and it's time that we finally get acquainted with the FIA European Rally Cup.

Uspenskiy: European Cup will only help the WRC candidate.

S.Uspenskiy

The first WRC candidate event in Russia concluded.

The chairman of «Novorossiysk Rally of Russia 2008» Sergey Uspenskiy summarized his first impressions soon after the competition had finished. And now, as the work on the second edition has already started, it turns out, that being a candidate event won't be the only international status of the rally in Novorossiysk.

Sergey Uspenskiy tells us of what he expects from the coming year:

MEDIA-Report «Novorossiysk Rally of Russia 2008»
Thursday, 09 October 2008
MediaREPORT

A rally can hardly be called promising if there's not enough exposure in media. And whatever some people might say, but without journalists any motorsport event will become boring and even pointless.  That's why experienced organaisers pay so much attention to public relations and working with media. The best confirmation of this turned out to be the big and comfortable media centre of "Novorossiysk Rally of Russia 2008" and its experienced staff, which served in two languages - Russian and English. The results of such a work paid off immediately, as publications were widely spread, reaching even the "sanctum" of world rallying - the official website WRC.com.

There you can get acquainted with the eventual outcome of the media service work on "Novorossiysk Rally of Russia 2008". The statistics is actual up to October 5th, 2008.

Play in "Pick'em"!
Wednesday, 01 October 2008

Pick'emAn unpredictable, wilful and insidious Novorossiysk Rally kept the sportsmen and spectators in suspense from the first till the last kilometer of the route. Nobody managed to predict all eventual winners correctly, and no wonder why - it was impossible to foresee such a historical result! But our traditional game "Pick'em" can't do without a winner.
